Fancy place with first-class service. Good swimming pool area and well organised and varied breakfast with a great view and homemade pastries, for example.

Original brand-new hotel with very helpful and affable staff members in all areas. Outstanding food for varied breakfast with homemade pastries. Magnificent and incredible location - so close to the Parque Arauco Mall, the metro line and the principal road and Santiago at the start of the riots. Also, that close to restaurants etc. Honestly no complaint.
Poor area.

The hotel offers an elegant decor that creates a professional and inviting atmosphere ideal for business travelers. The staff was helpful, efficiently assisting with my requests . Breakfast included a wide range of options, from freshly baked pastries to a variety of healthy choices, which I found excellent for starting my day right.
The air extraction system in my room was quite noisy at night, disturbing my sleep occasionally.

The hotel was a perfect choice for our family of five. We enjoyed a spacious Junior King Suite and loved the nearby park for some outdoor fun with the kids. The breakfast spread was delicious, with plenty of options to satisfy our appetite.
My kids wished for a bit more variety in the children's menu at dinner. A kids' play area would be great!

The location is really good, with many restaurants within walking distance. The front desk staff were cute and provided a voucher for a complimentary drink at the rooftop bar. The breakfast service stood out as first class, and the fine city and mountain views from the 17th floor made meals even better. Unfortunately, there were some minor issues with housekeeping that needed to be addressed.

We explored the local markets and took a fun trip to the nearby ski slopes. The hotel wasnice and neat, and the staff was super helpful. Don't miss the breakfast. It had plenty of options. Just a heads-up, expect the air extraction system to be a bit noisy at night.

The amazing views from the 17th floor restaurant was nice, but the bathroom design was quite odd. A solid choice for exploring Santiago.

Santiago's culinary scene is lit! Try La Picanteria for some bomb meat dishes or hit up Brasserie Fuente Belga for a cozy vibe. The views from the hotel were a sight for sore eyes, and the staff were super friendly.
The in-house dining? Not so hot. I found it a tad pricey and not as tasty as the joints just a short walk away. Plus, the breakfast prep area could use some sprucing up-just a smidge dirty, but nothing major.
